Anasazi Beans

Description

These Anasazi beans are a landrace bean variety which is most famously grown by Adobe Milling Company in Dove Creek, Colorado. They are easy to cook with, as they don’t need to soak for as long as pinto beans need. These beans are also pretty popular in New Mexico, especially in various pueblos in the north part of New Mexico and the Four Corners area.
