25 Lb Estancia, NM Pinto Beans

A 25 lb sack of triple cleaned pinto beans from Ness Farms in Estancia. The new crop starts in late September every year, and it is a great time to load up on some fresh beans! These beans are great for making a nice steaming bowl of chile and beans! They also pair amazingly well with some New Mexico chicos! Pinto beans are one of the main side dishes in New Mexico, and almost every restaurant here will have plates combining pinto beans, rice, and whatever your entree is, whether it’s a chile relleno tamales, or something else!
