Although we used to get bolita beans from Schwebach Farms in Moriarty, we’ve gotten them from Adobe Milling Company up in Dove Creek, Colorado, since they aren’t available locally anymore. This is the same place famous for Anasazi beans, so you know their bolitas are also good! Bolitas are a really smooth and creamy bean when cooked.
