I speak 5 languages, and love learning. I have learned about different flavors all around the world, including spices, cooking techniques, and different chili peppers. Aside from roasting chile and cooking, I currently like learning about running websites. This is my first real website, and it keeps me busy when I'm not working 100 hours a week during the chile season.
